*For the Team Gold Moon performance on April 16, 2026 (Thu), the role of Super Sailor Moon / Usagi Tsukino will be performed by Yuna Yamaguchi of Team Silver Moon, replacing Rina Koyama.
*For the Team Silver Moon performances in May 2026 [May 4 (Mon) – May 10 (Sun) and May 18 (Mon) – May 24 (Sun)], the role of Super Sailor Saturn / Hotaru Tomoe will be performed by swing Urara Takeuchi, replacing akarin.

About Crystal Bottle Drinks

• Tickets for this production are available through the official ticketing site and various ticket agencies. However, only customers who purchase tickets via the official ticketing site are eligible—regardless of ticket type—to add an optional Crystal Bottle Drink + Drink Goods Set. This optional add-on is not available when purchasing tickets through other ticket agencies.
• The drink flavor can be selected at the time of ticket purchase via the official ticketing site or various ticket agencies.
• For optional add-ons, each customer may purchase up to one set per performance date and time. Please note that the selection of drinks available for the add-on may be limited.
• Additional options are scheduled to go on sale in early March. Further details regarding purchases will be announced at a later date.
• The Crystal Bottle Drink and the drink goods are not sold separately.
• The "Crystal Bottle Drink + Drink Goods" set will be distributed at the venue on the day of the performance. To receive the drink and merchandise, a "Drink Exchange Ticket" issued at the venue is required. This ticket will be printed by scanning the QR code sent to the email address registered at the time of ticket purchase at the designated QR scanning terminal inside the venue.
• Please note that changes or cancellations to drink selections cannot be accommodated after ticket purchase.

About Class A seat

• Class A seats offer a special price for guests aged 4 to 12.
• Please note that age verification may be conducted for guests entering with a Class A seat (Ages 4-12) ticket on the day of the performance. Please be sure to bring identification that includes your date of birth.
• If a guest aged 13 or older enters with a Class A seat (Ages 4-12) ticket, the price difference from the regular ticket will be charged on the day of the performance.

About BOX Room

• Maximum of 4 guests per BOX Room. Rooms can also be used by fewer than 4 guests.
• Same price applies even if your group has fewer than 4 people.
• Recommended for families or viewing with children.
• The tickets will be sold on a per-room basis.

About BOX Room and Class A seats

• For safety reasons, handrails are installed. Please note that they may obstruct your view depending on the seat.
• Please note that seat changes on the day of the performance and refunds are not available under any circumstances. Tickets should only be purchased by customers who understand and agree to these conditions in advance.

About Commemorative Photos

• Available to guests with Premium seat tickets.

*The cast for the photo session will appear on a rotating basis.
*Details regarding photography guidelines will be announced at a later date.

• Cast and performance schedules may change without notice.
• At the time of purchase, additional fees such as system usage charges may apply in addition to the ticket price.
• Children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter. (Guests aged 4 and above must purchase the appropriate ticket.)
• Minors must obtain parental consent before purchasing tickets and attending the performance. Please note that evening performances end later, so plan your return home accordingly.
• Depending on your seat location, some parts of the stage may be difficult to see.
• Please note that filming may take place inside the theater on the day of the performance, and the footage may be broadcast, distributed, or reproduced for distribution.
• Once purchased, cancellations or changes for reserved seat tickets and the “Crystal Bottle Drink + Drink Goods” set (Premium seat/Class S seat benefits and additional options) are not allowed, and refunds are not available except in the case of performance cancellation.
  Even in case of natural disasters or related transport issues, no refunds will be issued if the performance takes place.
  If the performance is canceled, instructions for refunds will be provided on the official website.
  Please note that all fees are non-refundable.
• If you require a wheelchair or any assistance during the performance, please contact us via the official website inquiry page below at least one week before your visit after purchasing your tickets.
  Companions also require tickets.
  When contacting us, please be sure to include the following: the attendee’s name; an emergency contact reachable during the day; the performance date and time; your seat number; details of any requested viewing or accessibility support; and, if attending in a wheelchair, whether you are able to transfer to your seat or prefer to remain in your wheelchair during the performance.
• Please note that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
• Please note that you cannot enter if you attend on the wrong date or time, or without your ticket. Make sure to check your ticket for the correct date and time before coming.
• Please purchase tickets only through official sales channels (the event organizer, authorized ticketing agencies, fan clubs, etc.).
  Resale, transfer, or purchase of tickets for profit, or attempting to do so, is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased outside official channels are not guaranteed to be valid. Resold tickets are invalid and entry may be refused.　If any unauthorized use of tickets, including resale for profit, is discovered or suspected, we may conduct identity checks. Guests must bring official identification when attending.
