We accept group viewing (group reservations) for “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon -Shining Theater Shinagawa Tokyo-.”
Reservations may be made prior to general ticket sales for use in corporate benefits, promotional initiatives, or school arts appreciation events.We can propose viewing plans tailored to your needs, so please feel free to contact us.

Deadline for full cancellation or major changes to reservations

Full cancellations or major reductions for reservations made before general sales will be accepted up to five days prior to the general advance sale date.
Adjustment of reservation numbers / Final confirmation

The final confirmation date is 20 days prior to the performance date. Reductions within 20% of the reservation count at step ③ will be accepted. Increases may be accepted depending on seat availability; please consult with us.
In the case of seats that include drinks, please have the travel agency or the representative of the group consolidate the drink orders for all members and inform us.
※Please note that reductions will not be permitted after final confirmation.
Payment

Our representative will send an invoice; please make payment by the specified deadline.
Ticket Receipt

After payment confirmation, tickets will be sent by our representative.
※Tickets may also be picked up at the theater; please inform us if desired.
On the Day of Viewing

Please remember to bring your ticket.

about Group Viewings

From how many people can a group reservation be made?

Reservations are accepted for groups of 8 or more.

Is it possible to reserve the entire theater or block off certain seating sections?

Yes, it is possible.
Please note that full theater rental is not available on certain dates.
Exclusive special plans are available for full theater rentals. Please contact us for details.

What is the deadline for group reservations?

If you wish to reserve prior to general ticket sales, please apply no later than five days before the start of the earliest presale.
Reservations may still be accommodated depending on seat availability. Please feel free to contact us.

Can reservations be changed or canceled?

Complete cancellations and major reductions are accepted up to five days before general sales begin.
From 20 days prior to the performance date until the day before, only reductions within 20% are permitted.
Reductions below 8 attendees are not accepted.

Are any seating categories excluded from group reservations?

Premium seat and Premium seat (sofa) are not eligible for group reservations prior to general ticket sales.
However, after general sales begin, reservations may be accepted depending on seat availability.

Can we specify seat location?

Seat selection is not available.

Is bus access for boarding and alighting available?

Yes, it is possible.
When arriving by bus, please use the elevators from the vehicle drop-off area on the 7th floor of the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Annex Tower. The theater entrance is located on the 3rd floor.

Is parking available for buses?

A large bus parking lot is available.
*The number of parking spaces is limited. Advance reservations are required, so please make sure to contact Nelke Planning.

About waiting space for tour conductors

No waiting area is available inside the theater.
However, tour conductors may enter only during guest guidance time (opening and after closing). (*Advance notice is required.)
There are several restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.
