About Crystal Bottle Drinks

• The Crystal Bottle Drink and drink merchandise set is included with Premium Seat and Class S tickets purchased through the official ticket site and various ticketing platforms.
• You can select your drink type at the time of ticket purchase. Please note that some ticketing sites may not offer drink selection, so be sure to check the details on each site.
• Regarding the Crystal Bottle Drink, you may select your preferred beverage until the day before your visit. However, for tickets purchased via the Official Ticket site on the day of the performance, the ticket will automatically switch to a "Omakase Drink Ticket." These tickets will be served from our selection of allergy-free beverages.
• On the official ticket site, the Crystal Bottle Drink + drink merchandise set is also available as an optional add-on (¥2,800 tax included). Only one add-on set may be purchased per person for each performance date and time. Please note that the drink options available for add-ons may be limited.
• Add-on options can only be purchased until two days prior to your visit.
• The Crystal Bottle Drink and drink merchandise are not sold separately.
• The Crystal Bottle Drink + drink merchandise set will be provided at the venue on the day of your performance. To receive your items, you will need a “Drink Exchange Ticket,” which you must issue yourself at the venue. This ticket can be obtained by scanning the QR code sent to your registered email address at the time of ticket purchase using the designated scanners at the venue.
• The Sailor Starlights original drinks will be available exclusively during the limited-time birthday periods of each of the three Sailor Starlights members.
• Please note that changes or cancellations to drink selections cannot be accommodated after ticket purchase.

About Class A seat

• Class A seats offer a special price for guests aged 4 to 12.
• Please note that age verification may be conducted for guests entering with a Class A seat (Ages 4-12) ticket on the day of the performance. Please be sure to bring identification that includes your date of birth.
• If a guest aged 13 or older enters with a Class A seat (Ages 4-12) ticket, the price difference from the regular ticket will be charged on the day of the performance.

About BOX Room

• Maximum of 4 guests per BOX Room. Rooms can also be used by fewer than 4 guests.
• Same price applies even if your group has fewer than 4 people.
• Recommended for families or viewing with children.
• The tickets will be sold on a per-room basis.

About BOX Room and Class A seats

• For safety reasons, handrails are installed. Please note that they may obstruct your view depending on the seat.
• Please note that seat changes on the day of the performance and refunds are not available under any circumstances. Tickets should only be purchased by customers who understand and agree to these conditions in advance.

About Commemorative Photos

• Available to guests with Premium seat tickets.

• Admission is not permitted for children aged 3 and under.
• Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before purchasing tickets and attending the performance. Please be mindful of the return travel time, as evening performances conclude late at night.
• Depending on your seat location, some parts of the stage, video content, or production effects may be difficult to see.
• On the day of the performance, the interior of the theater may be filmed for purposes such as broadcasting, streaming, or distribution. Thank you for your understanding.
• No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted after the purchase of Reserved Seat Tickets or the "Crystal Bottle Drink + Drink Merchandise" set (including benefits for Premium/Class S seats and add-on options), except in the event of performance cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including natural disasters or resulting transportation issues, as long as the performance takes place. In the event of a cancellation, refund procedures will be announced on the official website. Please note that various processing fees are non-refundable.
• Guests using wheelchairs or those requiring special assistance during the performance are kindly requested to contact us via the Inquiry Page at least one week prior to their visit after purchasing their tickets. Accompanying companions will also require a ticket for admission. When contacting us, please ensure you include the following information: Attendee Name, Daytime Emergency Contact Number, Performance Date and Time, Seat Number, Details of the assistance required, and (for wheelchair users) whether you prefer to transfer to a theater seat or remain in your wheelchair during the performance.
• Please take great care with your tickets, as they cannot be reissued for any reason, including loss or theft.
• Admission will not be permitted in the event of incorrect performance date/time or forgotten tickets. Please double-check the date and time on your ticket before heading to the venue.
• Please ensure that tickets are purchased only through official sales channels (the event organizer, authorized ticket agencies, or official fan clubs).
• The transfer, resale, or purchase of tickets and seat numbers, as well as any attempt to do so, is strictly prohibited and will render all associated rights void. We do not guarantee the validity of any tickets purchased through non-official sales channels. Resold tickets or seat numbers are invalid, and admission may be denied. Furthermore, if any fraudulent activity or suspected profit-oriented resale is detected, we may conduct an identity verification check. Please ensure you bring a valid form of identification with you to the venue.
