About the BOX Room

• Can be used by up to 4 people. Use by groups of fewer than 4 people is also permitted.
• The price remains the same even for groups of fewer than 4 people.
• For this performance only, the BOX Room must be shared by children (including those aged 3 and under) and adults together.
• Rooms are sold on a per-room basis.

About BOX Room and Class A seat Views

• For safety reasons, these areas are equipped with handrails. Please note that these handrails may obstruct your view in some cases.
• Seat relocation or refunds cannot be accommodated on the day of the performance. Please ensure you understand and accept this before purchasing.

About the Commemorative Photo Session

A commemorative photo session with the cast will be held for those holding a 1st-floor Child ticket.
Only in cases where it is difficult for a child to take a photo alone, a guardian may accompany them for the photo session. Please speak to a member of the staff on-site.

〇 About Beverages

On Kids’ Theatre Day, the “Crystal Bottle Drink + Drink Goods Set” (including additional options) will not be provided.
Please note that Shining Cocktails and Soft Drinks will not be sold at the theatre.

About Stroller Storage

As storage space is limited, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing strollers if possible. Please note that strollers are not allowed inside the auditorium. They will be kept folded in the lobby during the performance.

About Seat Cushions

Cushions are available for children who wish to use them. Please ask a member of the theatre staff.

About Nursing Rooms & Diaper Changing Areas

There are no dedicated nursing or diaper changing spaces inside the theatre. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to use nearby public facilities.
